- Total revenue: the total revenue from rental activities, calculated based on approved rental orders.
It equals: Order revenue + Delay Cost + Repair Cost + Refund.
- Number of products currently rented: The total number of products that are currently rented by customers.
- Available stock quantity: The total current stock of all rental products across all warehouses.
- Delay rate of returned orders: The percentage of orders with late return fees.
Delay rate (%) = Number of returns with late fees / Total number of returns × 100
- Top Renting Categories: The total number of products rented within each product category. This is calculated based on all products from approved rental orders.
- Top Renting Customer: The top customers ranked by the highest order value.
- Most Popular Products: Products with the highest total rented quantity, taken from approved rental orders, making it easier to track market demand.
Key Performance Indicators

- Total approved rental orders: The number of newly created rental orders within the selected time period, excluding Draft, Waiting for Approval, Rejected, and Cancelled orders.
Customer Retention: the percentage of customers who return to rent products (with 2 or more orders).

- Average Rental Duration: The average number of days products are rented by customers.
= Total rental duration of all products / Total number of rented products

Total rental days = Rental End Date – Rental Start Date for each product line in a rental order.
Total rented products = Total quantity of product lines in rental orders.
- Average Delay Fee: The average late return fee collected from return orders with late fees.
= Total late return fees / Number of return orders with late fees

- Rental Orders Over Time: Displays the number of rental orders categorized by status over time.
Revenue By Month: Shows revenue over time to observe trends.

- Order revenue: Total value (Total Amount) of rental orders created within the period. Orders considered exclude Draft, Waiting for Approval, Rejected, and Cancelled.
- Delay Cost: Total delay fees from return orders created within the period. Only returns with the status Confirm are included.
- Maintenance revenue: Total repair fees from maintenance created within the period that are charged to customers.
- Refund: Total refunded amount from return orders (type: Return and Get Money Back). The refund value is taken based on the selected date at the time of refund creation.
- Total revenue = Order revenue + Delay Cost + Maintenance revenue - Refund
Revenue Percentage by Product Group : The chart shows the proportion of revenue of each product group in total revenue.

Total Revenue: Total revenue of all product groups
Product Status By Group: Shows quantity and inventory status by product group.
Blue: Quantity on rent. The rented quantity is calculated based on rental orders with status Approved, Finished, or Partial Return, minus the quantity from return orders that have been accepted.
Green: Available stock quantity
Delay Cost By Customer: Displays the total accumulated delay fees by customer. The total delay fees are taken from return orders with status Confirm.

Delay Rate (%) = Number of return orders with delay fees for that customer / Total number of return orders for that customer * 100%
